I’m Rich, a designer who cares deeply about the power of craft. For me, great design isn’t just about how it looks, it’s about how it works. It’s about solving problems, building brands, and making ideas memorable. I’m passionate about every stage of the process, from the first conversation to the final execution. I love getting stuck into the detail. Obsessing over typography, composition, and brand consistency, while always keeping one eye on the bigger picture: how to make the work more impactful, more engaging, and more effective.
I’m a natural creative problem solver, quick to get under the skin of a brief and always looking for the strongest, smartest solution. I’ve worked across brand worlds, campaigns, and content, delivering ideas that work across every channel. From social to OOH, TV to packaging. I take pride in pushing the quality of everything I touch, raising standards and making sure every piece of work earns attention.
I cut my teeth as a junior artworker, building my craft from the ground up, and worked my way up to senior designer. Over the last 16 years, I’ve worked on everything from FMCG to automotive, finance to fashion and household names to small independent brands. I’m equally comfortable delivering fast-turnaround social assets as I am shaping big brand platforms or building a full design system from the ground up.
Along the way, my work has been recognised at Cannes Lions, D&AD, British Arrows, and Creative Circle, and featured in the Creative Review Annual.
Currently, I’m a Senior Designer at T&P, working across a wide range of clients and categories. Most recently leading brand refreshes and guideline development for British Gas and William Hill.
